“Business Partner”, “Virtual Manager”, “Calmer of Chaos”, “Integrator” and her all-time fav, “Wrangler” are just a few of the many titles used to describe the variety of ways in which Marisa brings balance to soloprenurs + service-based small businesses. Virtual Zen was cultivated from a driving passion to create something impactful, result oriented and personal. After working for some time within a small business accelerator, Marisa began to find common trends in challenges small businesses face when trying to scale. So many get tangled in the organization and execution of all the things, forcing them to work in their business instead of on their business and it’s possible growth trajectory. After all, the smallest of details a lot of times can have the biggest lasting impact. When not behind her desk, you can catch Marisa on an outdoor adventure with her hubby and two pup-babes, sharing space with fellow kick-ass boss babes or out and about scouting out cute new coffee shops.
